Coffee
Alright, all you committed coffee drinkers out there - and I know I have at least several in my small audience - Why is it that very strong coffee bothers me physically much less than weaker coffee? I was talking with Flora this morning and she has noticed the exact same phenomenon...Has to be a reason! Any theories?

As a former Second Cup employee, I can tell you that there is less caffeine in a darker bean. The longer the roast, the more caffeine gets removed. So, espresso is actually the best bet! Counter-intuitive...
Sounds like Johannah knows her stuff!:) All I know is that weak coffee just isn't coffee...strong is the ONLY kind worth drinking!:)
