Jen is a friend of Maryanne's, who has a handicapped daughter. She likes to be able to have her play on the driveway, so she can learn to ride her bike like the other kids...So she put cones at the base to slow traffic down iin case she inadvertently went on to the street...This caused a huge ruckus, with many of the neighbours saying they would not slow down, that they would just have to keep her in the back yard!
